Heat Exchangers transfer heat between all adjacent components by attempting to equalize the heat of all connected components. Can be used to save money on Outlets or to increase the amount of heat that can be drained out of a single component by Inlets.

- Improved Heat Exchangers - +100% transfer and held heat per level
- Active Exchangers - +1% to heat/tick per Capacitor per tier.
- Bonus = + ([AE lvl] * [Capacitor Tier] * [# Capacitors]) %
- Reinforced Heat Exchangers - +1% to heat capacity per reactor Plating per tier.
- Bonus = + ([RHE lvl] * [Plating Tier] * [# Plating]) %
